MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND PAUSE POLICY

MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS

1. Memberships must be paused by emailing membershipservices@mmaldn.co.uk from the email associated with your account headed MEMBERSHIP PAUSE, allowing a minimum of 14 days for us to process the request.
2. An administration fee of £20 will be due for any membership freeze.
3. When pausing a membership please specify the exact start and end dates.
4. Pauses must last a minimum period of 14 days/2 weeks.

PAID IN FULL MEMBERSHIP

You cannot freeze your membership on fixed term membership.

ROLLING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

1. Memberships may be terminated by emailing membershipservices@mmaldn.co.uk from the email associated with your account with the header MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION, allowing 14 days for us to process the request. Please contact us for options available to you or for further information.
2. After the above actions are taken memberships will remain active until the day before the next payment is due, at which point it will automatically terminate.

PAID IN FULL MEMBERSHIP

1. If you have purchased a Fixed Term membership it is not refundable under any circumstances.
2. You cannot freeze your fixed term membership.
